I've stopped using SpyBot.  The PC Mag article suggests SpySweeper (http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,1650586,00.asp).  There's an up to date Bot article at (http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2326426,00.asp)

Also - Check out the new OverDrive section of PCPitStop.  There are lots of goodies there.

Finally - SysInternals PageDefrag will help too.
