Ok, I’ve got this set up on http://www.thesample.net, a WordPress based podcasting test site for sermons from my church. I really like the player that’s built into the plugin. The only problem I’ve run across is that the images don’t show up in the iTunes feed. It may be that the image wasn’t in place when I submitted the rss feed link to iTunes.
UPDATE: I’ve moved the wordpress sermon hosting from the sample site (above) to http://www.COD-Elyria.org
UPDATE: Both the previous links are no longer active as sample sites for this method. I’m no longer hosting the sermons for Open Door (they’ve got an updated site here: http://www.churchoftheopendoor.org/stream.html)
